Instead of just another activity, your team will come together to build NICU care boxes that provide comfort and support for families facing the challenges of premature birth and medically complex children.

Businesses can make a lasting impact while strengthening their teams through our Brave Box Corporate Experience. This isn’t just an icebreaker—it’s impact in action. Together, we can turn teamwork into hope , making a lasting difference, where it’s needed most.

Here’s how it works:

1) Register Your Team

Companies sign up through our website to participate in a Brave Box building experience.

2) Wish List Supplies

Your Team Shops: The Brave Foundation will provide your company with a custom wish list of essential items. Once the list is received, your team can easily order the supplies, have them delivered to your preferred location, and bring them on the day of the event. A personalized wish list link will be provided, and we kindly ask that all items be purchased at least one month prior to the scheduled event.
We Shop for You: Your company provides the funds, and The Brave Foundation handles the shopping from your personalized wish list link. We deliver the supplies directly to the event, ready for your team to assemble.

3) Team Building Event

Together, your employees gather to assemble Brave Boxes—filling them with care, love, and encouragement.

4) Personal Touch

Each team member is encouraged to include a personal handwritten note, making every box unique and heartfelt.

5) Story & Impact

Founders Nick and Shacreya share their family’s NICU journey, connecting your team directly to the impact they’re making.

6) Company Recognition & Donation Drop-Off

Once completed, Brave Boxes are donated with special mention of the company who assembled them. The Brave Foundation ensures a smooth and meaningful transition by delivering the boxes to the hospital, where NICU staff will disperse them to all current NICU families.
